*Resolutions provides a full array of services
geared to the court system.

We are court service providers for Johnson
County District Courts, providing anger control
groups, parenting groups, and domestic
violence assessments.

Parenting groups meet from 12:30-1:30 on Tuesday
afternoons and from 5:30-6:30 Thursday evenings. Phone
registration is required before attending your first group.
Fees for each session are $25.00 or $40.00 for a couple.

Anger Control groups meet from 9:30-11:30 on Thursday
mornings, 1:00-2:00 on Thursday afternoons, and from
5:30-7:30 on Wednesday evenings. An intake/interview must
be completed before attending the first group.
 Call
913-722-2505 to schedule the intake.

The time to complete the program depends on whether you
attend the 1 or 2 hour groups. The accelerated track (2 hour
groups) takes 5 weeks to complete. The traditional track (1
hour groups) take 10 weeks to complete. The fees for the 5
week program are $50.00 a session and the fees for the 10
week program are $25.00 per session. So, the total for both
programs is $250.00 plus the cost of the intake. The
intake/assessment ranges from $35.00 to $95.00
depending on the requirements of the court order.

Child Custody Evaluations

A child custody evaluation is intended to provide the court with
information that the judge can consider in reaching a decision that is in the
best interest of the child(ren) when a couple is going through a divorce. The
evaluation is an objective assessment of the child(ren's) needs and each
parent's ability to meet those needs. A comprehensive and informative child
custody evaluation will include parent interviews, interviews with the
child(ren), interviews with people outside of the family, observations of
parent-child interactions, and some psychological testing.
